Day 115

Such a stinkin' good series. I'm a little more than half-way through and I find myself stealing moments away from my day just to carry on the storyline that seems so easily strung together with action, passion, and purpose. Our oldest and I were joking about getting matching mockingbird tattoos on the back of our hands. Yes, it's that serious.

Good run last night. I'm back to my old pace of 5 miles in 50 minutes and wondering what I should do to pick up some speed on longer distance. I have this idea of running another half-marathon one day and would like to think I'd do better than a ten-minute mile. After Mockingjay I may consider reading up on running - or get back to the reading list I compiled two months ago that I never quite finished.

Back to bow ties. Today's featured bow is another Vasquez original. I've always been a fan of white polka dots on navy but never got around to buying my own. Instead, I found this cotton fabric and decided to make my own, using what's becoming my trademark diamond point ends.
