It's a bit gloomy out here in NYC today and it appears I may have another wet run ahead of me in the evening. Today's a unique day for teachers of our network of charter schools. Kids stay home for today while we come in and collaborate to strategically plan out how to tweak our instructional practices over the next six weeks of school. I'm looking forward to making the course a bit more rigorous and empowering my scholars to build their problem solving skills in and out of the classroom.
Today's bow came by way of Laura P. over at Xoelle.com. Here's another cool reason to go check out her online selection: she's got a bow tie made out of billiard table fabric. Yup. Read that one over one more time. Billiard table fabric. Awesomeness.
