Felt fabric? Yup. It came from - wait for it - a family's billiard table. AWESOME! My father is an avid billiard player and used to take me to watch him play when I was younger. Although I didn't pick up the love for the game he has I love that this bow allows me to pay tribute to his dedication to the game.
