Day 56

It's the second straight Saturday that I've gotten < 5 hours of sleep, but had the opportunity to spend 4 hours at the gym with my brother and father-in-law. Good times! The cable guy better come soon so I can finally take an afternoon nap. Yes, Lucas, that means you, too will be going down soon.

Today's bow was a gift from Lisa Takata. Check out her selection of super rad hand-crafted ties here.

Day 28

The Mrs. thinks I might want to consider trimming. Clearly our convictions don't align.

Yes, my friends - those would be my soccer socks hanging out. I have a bit of a confession to make. I don't wear bow ties while playing soccer on Friday nights.

Today's wonderfully plaid clip-on bow is from Lisa. Check out her awesome collection here.

Day 11

Happy Wednesday!

Twitterverse has found us out! #bowtieboy and #knitsandknotts shouted out the cause and we (I don't know why I've been referring to myself as we - it's just me - lol) also got featured in another bow tie related blog created by this really cool artist here.

Today's handcrafted clip-on was generously offered as a part of a school-week's worth of bow ties from Lisa Takata.

Day 5

Today's bow tie was donated by Lisa Takata, a designer who was inspired to craft this clip-on by her  14 year old nephew Brendan who traveled through London and Paris with her over the summer. I think the soft cotton neckwear works well with the oxford shirt. Wouldn't you agree? Thanks, Lisa!
