The third week of summer features the first week of Summer Academy with that, I wanted to take a moment to make mention of a former scholar of mine who was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma, which is a pretty wicked type of blood cancer. Our school has set up a fundraiser with a goal of trying to reach $5000 by the end of July. So far we've been able to raise just about $3,800 within the first week of the month and I'm proud to say that many of my GORUCK comrades have pitched in to lend a hand for Ryan.
